How do I create an event on Mello?
Open the app, tap Create, and fill in the basics — what, where, when. It goes live for people nearby right away.
Is Mello free?
Yes. Mello is free to use, with no paid tiers right now.
How do I delete my account or my data?
Email us at the address above with the subject "Delete my account" from the address you signed up with, and we'll remove your account and associated data.
How do I report a problem with another user or an event?
Email us with the event name or user, and a description of the issue. We review every report personally.
What permissions does Mello need, and why?
Mello asks for location to show and create nearby events, camera/photos for event photos and profile pictures, and contacts if you choose to invite friends directly. See our Privacy Policy for details.
